Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed (even once), all sales are final and irreversible.

TuneM cannot retrieve or re-secure the value of a vocal product once accessed. This policy protects our artists' intellectual property and ensures fair use of our digital assets.

When Refunds Are Granted

A refund is granted ONLY if ALL conditions are met:

File has NOT been downloaded/accessed
Link inaccessible for 5+ business days
Request submitted BEFORE any file access

Common Rejection Reasons

The following are NOT valid for refunds:

✕Downloaded the file (even once)
✕Didn't like the vocal style/genre
✕Changed mind after purchase
✕Client/project was cancelled
✕Software compatibility issues
